Shipping policy

Originals and Commissions 

Original Artwork will be processed in 2-4 weeks to ensure packaging adequately protects the painting. All originals will come with a tracking number. Large artworks will vary in shipping times and are subject to delivery location. 

We will do our best to dispatch the order with enough time to be delivered by the agreed upon date. We are not liable for shipping delays after dispatched. 

To protect the integrity of the artwork, art larger than 18 inches x 24 inches, or shipping destinations other than the continental US, may be shipped unmounted and rolled with the original stretcher bars included. You will be notified if the artwork must be delivered unmounted.

Prints

All prints will be processed and sent for shipping within 1-2 weeks. 

Due to current postal service demands, we are not liable for shipping delays after orders are dispatched.

Any delays in processing due to material shortages, high volume of orders, or otherwise will be immediately notified via the provided email. If there is a delay over 2 weeks of processing, you may request for the order to be cancelled and refunded if the order has not yet shipped. Please send requests to studioxpaisley@gmail.com.
