Can I Request Something special with my order?

Absolutely! Request completion is not guaranteed, but I will do my best to accommodate all special orders. You can put in a special request note on the check out page. .

Why can’t I choose International shipping?

We are not yet legally able to conduct international shipping. We are also trying to find the most affordable shipping rates for each country, as shipping will not be included in the product price. Hold tight! I will get this ball rolling as soon as possible!

I need my order ASAP! can I get it faster?

Shipping policies state a processing grace period of 1-2 weeks before dispatch to the mail center. We will do our best to process all orders within 1 week. All orders are processed in the order received.

Free shipping is provided through USPS and estimated to take 2-3 business days. For overnight or same day shipping, please contact us through studioxpaisley@gmail.com - include your order number and ‘deliver by’ date. We will do our best to accommodate express shipping, however completion is not guaranteed. Additional shipping rates will apply.

my order is missing! what do I do?

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or stolen while unattended. We recommend contacting USPS for a hold and pick up if you are concerned with delivery problems.

If your order shows undelivered on the tracking number, we will investigate the delay and either resend the package or offer a refund. If this is the case, please contact us through studioxpaisley@gmail.com

who is the artist?

Secrets! I would like to publicize my full name and photo, but being an artist is not my only career. My new professional career is extremely strict about public image. Until I become more established, you’ll have to find me at local art fairs and events!

How long have you been painting?

I have been painting since 2014. I have experience with watercolor, acrylic, and oil paint.

During the 2020 pandemic shutdown, I finally had all the time in world! I decided there were no excuses - it was time to sit down and focus on my passion.

How do you choose what to paint?

There are so many techniques and mediums to explore. I have an on-going list of themes and materials that I want to use. Being a perfectionist, I typically choose one new thing to add so that I can master it. Keep an eye out on each new painting released! You can see which technique I am growing.

As for specific models, colors, and themes - this is my FAVORITE topic! It usually falls somewhere in these categories:

  1. I like to find models from random social media accounts. So much art is centralized around idols - I prefer to use everyday people. Who knows?! One day it could be your face on a painting!

  2. Stories. Not every painting has a story going into it, however, sometimes I am feeling more passionate about current events in the world or lives around me. This allows me to pay tribute to events that connect everyone together.

  3. Emotions! More often than not, I pick models based off of the emotions interpreted from their expression and positioning. This carries into the color palette and added elements. One of my favorite things to do is creepily eaves drop on people looking at my art. I love hearing them explore the painting’s meaning and use the exact words I was trying to portray!

  4. I just liked it. Why does every painting have to have a meaning or story? Isn’t simply enjoying your passion one of the best reasons for creating art? If it makes you happy, then do it!

Why do you refer to “we” and “us”?

Although I am the sole artist and owner, I have a TON of help during the entire process. My extraordinary fiancé assists in all stages of the process - suggestions, photography, providing materials, assisting with packaging and social media, pouring that extra glass of wine, you name it!

He and I began this journey together during the pandemic. Without his help, it would have taken me another 5 years to get here - and let me tell you, I have been striving for this a long time.
